A below average game that does not have any bright points.

Even if DLC is meant to "fill in" for the lacking qualities, the base game is just, at best, a conqueror-time simulator with no redeeming qualities that make you feel like you are not actually playing any specific nation as opposed to just having the name of the nation on your play through.

DO NOT BUY if you think this is going to be some "supreme pizza" that has all of your favorite toppings. At best, it is the crust that has burger king foot lettuce.
