This Next Gen update is hands down the laziest damn thing Bethesda has ever done and anyone who took part in releasing it should actually be ashamed to be a developer.

Definitely a Ubi style game but unlike modern Ubi this game holds up super well and its just a great game all round. Might need tweaking tho so use PCGamignWiki if you run into problems and its a good idea anyways since there's a patch. Also for the amount I played on Deck (with GoG ver) it seems to be perfect for it (might need "tweaking" tho)

A great game that's well worth the $10.

Deck Support:

- With the video launch options set the game to 1280x720 60fps, also set per-game profile to 60Hz. 1280x800 doesn't work right and anything above 60 causes problems.

- If you want you can also fill the extra space by using scaling mode stretch, makes the game taller but either or works tbh.

- You will have to set the controller settings to be a gamepad (I can't use community stuff currently so I had to do it manually).

Kinda Lifeless

Only move you cant do on ground is a kickflip but no default ollie and in general there are no ground tricks and only air. Why can't there be "ground tricks" using the face buttons and no grind tricks, like what?!?

To add, the face button air tricks are kinda lame, Y for a frontflip, A for a backflip, then X or B as left and right 360s. Also 360 spin X2, why not 720?

- The speed of these moves and the speed itself is kinda nonexistent unless you build up the boost gauge. Doesn't help that grinding slows you down until you jump out of it. Thought maybe its my fault, I'm probably just not understand how speed buildup even works.

- Grinding is kinda weak and awkward to go into, tho jumping out of the rail as a "boost" is nice.

- The "special" tricks button combo thing is a cool idea but ngl its "hard to see." You can see them but its weird to look at due it it just being pure white button prompts (with a strange font). Also they just pop onto screen and disappear like any other game would of done it, would of been cool to have some flair (plus add a drop shadow or change the aesthetic of the lettering). Add on to this part, the special tricks don't feel special at all imo so I kinda don't see the point of them at the moment.

- I like that this is a Bomb Rush Cyberfunk/Jet Set inspired game but there's "no color" on the two maps that exist or even exciting design with the locations. I get it, the first map was a tutorial but it felt like the learn to building/moving objects section from Skate 3. Just a generic room with basic stuff in it. And the second zone is like a random sewer thing but super open. It reminded me of Mirrors Edge but without any of the abundant zone coloring.

- Music is fine but like the game itself I wish it had more energy in it.

Overall despite my complaining I could see this being much better in the future but at the moment its got no real style/aesthetic that makes it feel full of life, and in general its not that fun to play.

EDIT: I saw that people feel like this reminds them of Tony Hawk games, I have no clue what Tony Hawk games they played to even make that comparison.Should of taken more inspiration from those games because I don't see it, but also look into AirBlade. Yes its a Ripoff of the Tony Hawk formula but its got a hoverboard in it and it looked more interesting to play than this tbh.

Holy hell that is literally one of the worst DLC's ive played in my entire life.

First two levels are terrible CS surf knock-offs then the next two are garbage tier parkour.

Then, OH MY GOD and then its turns into an endless runner, like Subway Surfers but terrible.

You could literally not make this DLC up, like if you told me before this released that this is what is was I wouldn't believe you at all. This is something that nobody, I mean nobody should ever force themselves to play, holy hell.

Also they charge $10 for this, this garbage should be free.

Also Also: a lot of the stuff in this DLC like guns and enemies are just reskins and they have those recording things but that's also a reskin (they made them look like seashells).

PLOT: It follows the ending that has you going to "Heaven" or Limbo obviously and your trying to get both your memory back and intern get back to the real world. You get back and your robot wife and shes on an operating table all messed up and its ends on a cliffhanger just like everything else in this awful game.

PRO: The music is good like always and its looks nice visually

How this DLC manages to be worse than the base game is actually impressive. I'm surprised that DLC 1 was better than base game but that had to been a fluke or something after playing this garbage.

Good job Sony, your ruining one of your best releases ever, all for what exactly?

Make the smart decision and think about the money, don't force Arrowhead Game Studios to force its players to use trash PSN stuff.

Great game and concept but it has no content and barely any players, enough to get into a game (depending on your location) but not enough to have you find new players all the time. Also if you get annoyed by high-level players then don't bother getting this.

I rec but only if you buy the game online since it's ~$3 and not full price here.

This is one of the worst game's I've ever played, even for ~$3 this is way too damn expensive and anyone playing should be payed to play it.

- Combat is awful
- Camera is awful
- Movement is awful
- Quests are awful
- World is awful
- The map is awful
- Graphics are awful

This is essentially a more clunky and convoluted Metin 2 but done awfully, even for a "early access" game its terrible like pre pre-alpha terrible.

Its legit the same trashy game I played years ago, why is it $40 for a "engine upgrade" with nothing drastically new?

This is worse than the Outer Worlds Spacer Choice Edition and that wasn't great either but at least it was cheaper (game itself is fine).

The game is garbage and you should buy it just so people know your a clown that supports trash games. Keep throwing money at this game and any and all future dlc because this company deserves to stay alive forever.
