DLC simulator, you have to buy DLCs to play the full version and get some of the achievements, most of those DLCs should've been free, but the devs decided to make them P2P.

The main game is fine, nothing special, interesting only in the first 40 hours of gameplay (without a DLC). Mods are the reason this game still holds up.

Verdict: Buy the game when on huge sale (it doesn't worth it's money), don't buy any DLCs (they're kinda good but extremely expensive even during sales), and use mods (instead of buying DLCs it'll be better to support the mod devs).
