TL;DR: Great game, I can't put it down. Amazing dev team.

I picked the game up in early access, and it was pretty damn fun then. Sucked me right in and I dumped more hours into it in the first month than I had played any game in the 6 months prior.

Now that 1.0 has come out, the game has only gotten better. A ton of quality of life improvements that really make the game more accessible to newer players to the factory building genre, as well as some more story.

The dev team is absolutely fantastic, with this being a game from a smaller studio, there are glitches and bugs, nothing I have found has ever been game breaking. They communicate quickly and effectively with the community and are constantly working to reduce the bugs and add more features as fast as they can. I feel like they know the community better than the community knows themselves, in terms of what should be added to the game.

I can't speak to mods for 1.0 yet, but I have had an incredibly easy time installing and running mods with this game, including QOL mods as well as mods that change all sorts of things.

Because this is a factory planning game, and mid to later stages the factories can grow ginormous, there are production calculators to help you plan everything out. Each calculator has a slightly different way of working, and there is a calculator for everyone.
