if you submit a awp_ map you might be able to get it on the
server and a free admin

Hey! I'm a mapper, and friends with Paco (b-randy-_). If you're interested, I'd consider making some maps for the server in return for admin abilities on
the server. I'm currently mapping with Counter-Strike: Source Academy.
