I think we all agree a well communicating team is an effective team, which using our words in game (or battle, i like to role play) to effectively get the point across on where the opponents:

1) Are
2) Could be heading
3) Or if you took one out.

Also as soon as you see someone, call out where they are and if you see either the entire team ( mostly as ct calling out t's) or just a couple.

I suggest in your off time, practice on deathmatch servers and get your mouse sensitivity as perfect for you as you can, and really push the limits on your techniqes as far as aim and burst firing. I think we can be big guys.

Teamwork is essential. So our minds have to be in the same mindset when playing.
