if you see a guy who looks cool and would make a good addition to us, ask me or an officer. If you think you should be promoted or you think a member should be demoted talk to an officer, who will report it to me. if i see a member who has done outstanding work, i will personally see to it that he is promoted, same with demotion. you will have these ranks in front of your name: Pfc./ spec./ Lt./ Sgt./Cpt/ chieftain/Elite. the highest you will get WITHOUT being an officer is specialist (Spec.) .
