this is a post you definitely want to read, assuming you play garrysmod, which you obviously all do. you all know that basic rules of gmod: no bending props, no slicing stuff in half, and no fusing shit together like in a real life weld. those are the basic laws of gmod physics. these tools allow us to simply ignore them as if they were graffitti on a wall.
the clipping tool: this tool allows the player the ability to do the impossible and cut props in half, and bend them into other forms.

the poly perma weld: available only through svn, this tool creates the perfect weld by fusing selected props together into a single mass which is registered as one single prop. you can not get better welds than this. period.
(if you get the slightly common glitch in the clipping tool many people have experianced, installing poly perma weld also fixes that.)
