Whenever a "Mystery bundle" shows up on Fanatical, I stop buy anything from them until it goes away. They should be called "keys we couldn't sell" bundles.
The wording of the offer is very carefully constructed:
=-=-=
It's back, and there are even more games!
What festive treats will you find - it's time for Fanatical's next big bundle, and this time, it's a mystery!
The Fanatical Winter Mystery Bundle is the go-to place to warm up your Steam library with a selection of fantastic AAA and Indie titles. Using the slider, you can choose between one ($1) and 10 games ($6.99) that are randomly selected.
---> Translated - Indie titles means literally anything at all. If they put two AAA titles in with 10 million indie titles, they've fulfilled their obligation. It's a gamble, and they are not posting odds.
From a little as one dollar, you could bag yourself a wintry wonder. Will you get an award-winner, a game from a blockbuster movie franchise, or a critically-acclaimed title... who knows!
---> Or a sack of flaming dog poo - it's random. Agains, odds of winning are a mystery. Historically, Mystery Bundles yield crap.
Plus - as part of your order, you will receive a coupon via email to get 15% off your next game from Fanatical. You will be able to use this until the 31st December at 11:59 PM. It cannot be used on bundles, pre-orders or Star Deals.
---> Here is the value - if you plan on buying a cart full that equals that is $50 or more, this bundle pays for itself (excluding for pre-orders, Star Deals, and bundles). Buy it with low expectations, then use the coupon. (You have til December 31 to spend that Xmas cash with a 15% off coupon!)
Please note: You may receive repeat Steam keys if you place multiple Mystery Bundle orders
---> You definitely will, if you buy multiple bundles.

When they did their last mystery bundle, I bought a few and got nothing but junk. There is no guarantee that you'll get a AAA title. Now you know. Good luck.

And I was planning to buy The Invisble Hours as my next game for my Rift, so the price of it alone is basically what I paid for all of this.
Humblebundle for ex. There are tons of websites selling keys, some in bundle, some just individual keys, my point being Fanatical is NOT the only online seller.
