To all mod makers and weapon designers

New weapons are cool, but we all agree that old weapons need balancing before we can get new ones. I thought a good weapon to start out with was the axtinguisher.

Current stats
100% critical hit chance against burning players
-33% damage penalty
20% slower attack speed
Weapon deploys 75% slower
No random critical hits

Possible new stats
100% critical hit chance against burning players
-25% damage penalty
On enemy hit: remove afterburn on target
Weapon deploys 40% slower
Weapon holsters 20% slower
No random critical hits

As we all know the puff and sting combo was the main use of this weapon. And the whole combo was nerfed not because it was op but because it was annoying to fight. So to clear things up, I don't want that combo to return. I am just trrying to make the axtinguisher useable again. Back to the weapon, -75% deploy speed was way to much, though I still think it should have a deploy penalty. the damage penalty was low enough that it was almost impossible to use the weapon, but it didnt need that much of a change. Finnaly the remove afterburn. I put this in so the loadout didnt become as op as it was before. Also, the attack speed penalty is gone so it exists to balance that. Please put your opinions in the comments. Do you think this weapon would be good with theses stats, or do you think they should be different.
