In the camp there is a rule: you holster your weapons.nwi the exception of guard personnel and trusted citizens if you are new and seen brandishing a weapon within the camp you will be killed. Within range of the camp you will be warned once, if you chose to ignore that warning you will be fired upon.
As soon as we are established we can send forces out to gather what we need. Always be on rthe defensive and be ready to mobilize at a moments notice. At this point even our own cannot be completely trusted.
Pax per bellum
Have a holding area for new arrivals, which is well armed. Send the freshies Out on multiple dangerous assignments to prove their worth before they are admitted into the inner camp. As soon as camp is protected and established send out parties to collect food, munitions, medical supplies and stock things that will be useful. Hopefully if we could procure a truck it would allow us to collect more stock. Be prepared to fight from the moment we touch down.
