If you are looking for Left 4 Dead 2 community servers without any sort of annoying addons, plugins or weird gameplay modifications, then Valley L4D2 servers are for you!

Because of the improved bot AI on servers #5-8, our servers are also a great way to practice the game alone or with a friend or two!
Note that the bots are still bots! They may not act smart and perfect every single time.

How to join and play on these servers?

There are two methods:

1. Join this group! Our servers are linked to this group, allowing you to host lobbies and start games on our servers. Just make sure to select "Steam Group Server" when choosing Server Type!

You can also see our servers from the main menu and join an ongoing game from there!

2. Enable the developer console (Guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?l=english&id=119241697 ) and type in the following command:

Vanilla servers only:
mm_dedicated_force_servers "84.248.169.180:27015,84.248.169.180:27025,84.248.169.180:27035,84.248.169.180:27045"

Improved Bots servers only:
mm_dedicated_force_servers "84.248.169.180:27055,84.248.169.180:27065,84.248.169.180:27075,84.248.169.180:27085"

All servers:
mm_dedicated_force_servers "84.248.169.180:27015,84.248.169.180:27025,84.248.169.180:27035,84.248.169.180:27045,84.248.169.180:27055,84.248.169.180:27065,84.248.169.180:27075,84.248.169.180:27085"

Now you need to host a game and make sure to select "Best Available Dedicated" when choosing Server Type.

Server Rules

- Any sort of hacking or cheating will result in a permanent ban
- No inappropriate or offensive language
- No griefing
- Advertising other servers is not allowed
- Spam/macro advertising streams, YouTube channels, etc. is not allowed. You can however have it on your name or link it in chat if requested or needed

!slaybots - Vote to slay bots after a wipe

We have recently added a feature for players to start a vote to slay the bots after every human player has died.

After all human players have died, you can start the vote by typing in the chat:
!slaybots
If majority votes yes, then bots are slain and the round restarts.

Normally the bots will continue the chapter after human players have died and they will attempt to rescue, resurrect you or finish the chapter, but we understand that some may want to retry immediately and not wait for the bots.

This feature is also useful if the bots become bugged and/or stuck after human players have died.

If you encounter any bugs with this feature, then let us know!
