ultiduo pugs b/c most of the ultiduo lobbies on tf2c r notgood

avoiding stacked lobbies and cancer players like im smegma since 2016 also this is 4 when tf2c is down too

the problem w/ ultiduo lobbies is that they're often stacked, or the players who host them are pieces of shit.
