Reminder about recording POVs

This season a rule change[www.ugcleague.com] has come about affecting all of UGC that will start being practised from next week onwards in order to ensure transparency in the league.

6.2.3 Random POV Checks - Admins will check for POV demo recording compliance on a weekly basis. Teams will be chosen at random and all players who participated in the match that week will be required to submit their demos. Admins will contact Team Leaders directly, and Team Leaders are responsible for collecting the demos and making them available to the Admins.

6.2.4 Punishment for POV Non-Compliance - Failure to provide a POV demo upon admin request will result in the following actions for each player that fails to submit a POV demo:

1st Offense - 1 week suspension
2nd Offense - 2 week suspension
3rd Offense - 8 week suspension

6.2.5 Players who receive a 1st offense for not providing a POV demo will be subject to repeated spot checks throughout the season to ensure compliance.

As team leaders, please ensure all players are able to record POVs. We recommend manual recording or using the P-Rec tool[etf2l.org] as Valve's ingame recorder is not fully functional yet.
