> What are badges?
A badge is an icon on your profile (and tied to your account) that represents the trading card sets you've collected or your participation in an event. Each time you craft a badge, you will receive +100XP on your account.
> What are card sets?
A card set is all the cards needed to craft a badge once. Badge size changes from one game to another, smallest badges are made up of five cards, wereas bigest are made up of fifteen cards. If you own the game, you will received the half of them by playing few hours. You need to trade or buy the rest of them.
> Can I craft badges for games I do not own?
Yes, indeed you can do it up to 5 times, plus an extra foil set.
> How do I craft a badge?
From your Profile page, click on the "Badges" link near the top of the right column or select "Badges" from your persona name drop down in the Steam menu. From your Badges page, the "Badges in Progress" tab will show which badges are ready to be crafted. Select a ready to craft badge to view its details and click on the blue "Craft a Badge" button.

> How many times may I upgrade my game badge?
You can craft a game badge up to five times, using a whole set each upgrade. Each time you craft or upgrade your badge you'll get 100XP, a random emoticon and profile background from that game. Also, you have a chance to get a discount coupon for using at Steam Store. During Steam sales, like Winter or Summer sale, you'll get a Mysterious Card instead of a coupon. Those may be used for crafting the sale badge.
> Are there any way I can craft badges faster?
Yes, you can skip crafting animation by pressing F5 after clicking on craft button. Alternatively, you can use Steam-AutoCraft
> Will the bot send to me sets I have already crafted up to my max level?
No, the bot will check your badges and will only sent to you sets that you haven't crafted yet to its max level.
However, you may use the !buyany commands to buy sets that you already have crafted. Mostly, if you are intended to re-sell them or trade those sets elsewhere.
> This bot sent to me sets which I have already owned. Did you lie or scam me?
Of course, I don't! The bot only checks at your badges not at your inventory, therefore you supposed to craft all your badges prior to buy it agaim from this bot.
> Why is the trade taking so long to go through?
Probably because the size of the trade. Please, note that BIGGER trades may take a while for Steam to completely process.
> Why I can't trade with the bot? Is it broken?
This can occur for many reasons such as when the bot temporarly got offline due to maintenance, it's ran out of stock, your profile or inventory is private, you haven't setup the Steam Mobile Authenticator yet or even because Steam itself is suffering some problems.
> Where can I buy the keys or gems to trade with this bot?
You can buy keys and gems using third-party services or using the Steam marketplace.
