Having Steam Mobile Authenticador enabled to avoid escrow is totally necessary. Trade holds are not welcome and won't be accepted in any way.

Additionaly, split huge offers into smaller ones having at most 750 items per side to avoid possible problems. Sadly, Steam isn't good at handling big trades...
