Is a foil badge included in the levels 1-5?
For instance, can I craft badges up to level 5 for TF2, and then still craft a foil badge? Or does it count as one of the levels, such as 1-4+foil and you're done.

Any help would be great :)

The foil badge is completely unrelated to the normal one.

The foil badage is a completely seperate badge, it has only one level (1).

i have lvl 5 badge, if i craft foil will lvl 5 badge be gone?

No, the foil badge is completely separate. You will have a level 5 non-foil and a level 1 foil.

You'll still have both. However by your game in your profile, it will show the foil over a normal version of the badge.
