sure, but I want to craft all of badges, including for those games that I did not buy, but which have already been removed from the store, and in which I can't get a booster from gems

no. that cards must be not tradable, not selling, not braking for gems, and just for craft some badges from deleted games

Then what would be the point of cards if you could craft badges directly?
