How do you use card drops IDK what they mean

I have Geometry Dash and Half-Life 2, I haven't started Half-Life 2 but I already have 2 hours for Geometry Dash. How do you use card drops? It says I have 4 how do you use them?

Games that have card drops you'll get after playing/idling them, you get about half the drops and then you have to trade or buy the rest on the Steam market (some games you can pay up to 9 USDs to get more drops) and then you can craft badges (5 for normal badges and 1 for foil badges) to up your Steam level and then you can get showcases every 10 levels to make your profile the way you want.

Steam winter/summer sales they are basically unlimited on how many badges you can craft.
