I got cards without playing
I've been getting Dead Space card drops after logging back in recently. I don't play Dead Space. Found it boring. Steam says I haven't played it since 2017 but I keep getting cards popping up in my inventory. Did they change the way cards drop for people now?

You can get cards from games when they are added to them if you have enough play time for that game (can be years ago).

EA has added cards to some of their old titles and to the new ones they added to Steam.

I have finished Dead Space 1,2 years ago, but there is no card. strange...

Run / idle the game again for a few hours, and see if you get any drops.

Do you even see eligible card drops for the game in the badge page in your profile?
