We taunt after every kill. Fun.

Hi guys,
So, I dunno how to phrase this but I personally do not want to do competitive.
You guys are welcome to but I have the reality of work in my life.
I'm just too busy to manage and play in a comp team.
Now, I'm not saying that I'm leaving the team, I just may not be able to make most of the matches or manage the team. Please put your hand up if you would like to take my place as manager.
Thank you for understanding and for your time.
