Hi there! I have contacted with L. Osborn who was worked on this game. He said that the game source code is owned by THQNordic. I also send emails to THQNordic. I hope they will release tha game source code soon

Hello! Of course not... They own the game, source code, game copyrights... I'm also interested in Starcommand Revolution / deluxe as well.
