I`ve been thinking to do this while I was banned. Think its going to be cool for us since we are going to be making money from it and also others will be also living their merchant dream and making money.

Im going to make the bar for rent. NOT let it to be vacant but /hire people there to work for themselfs, they bring their stock and pay 8 gb. The tax is reasonable and its not a mall tax either and its in a good location. They will be /hire on the plot so we will be removing the buttons for the 2 bottom floors. The chest with stock will be moved to the storage units under the bath house plot.
