Welcome to THE Q’s.

We are a small international Steam group for grown-up casual gamers who still enjoy good rounds, clean communication and reliable teammates.

No clan pressure. No fake esports attitude. No drama.
Just relaxed games, short calls, decent people and the occasional questionable decision.

Who we are

THE Q’s is a group of experienced casual players who have been around public gaming for a long time.

Our main game is Counter-Strike 2, but the group is not meant to be a strict CS-only clan. It is a place for people who enjoy matchmaking, Premier, Wingman, public servers, mixed games and relaxed evening sessions.

We are looking for players who are:

friendly, reliable and not permanently tilted
old enough to behave like adults
comfortable with English or German voice/text
interested in teamplay without taking themselves too seriously
able to win without arrogance and lose without rage

What Q stands for

Quality - decent rounds, decent people, decent comms
Queue - finding teammates instead of suffering solo
Quick calls - useful info, less chaos
Quirks - everyone has them, we keep the useful ones
Questionable aim - sometimes part of the concept
Quiet confidence - no need to scream every frag
Quitters - not really our type

Skill level:
All useful teammates are welcome. Aim is nice. Game sense is better. Being tolerable on voice is mandatory.

Group rules

No racism, hate speech or personal harassment.
No cheating, boosting, account selling or shady nonsense.
No permanent rage, voice spam or main-character syndrome.
Respect different skill levels.
Play to win, but do not ruin the evening over a lost round.
Invites are welcome, but quality matters more than numbers.

We updated the group profile and cleaned things up a bit.

The idea behind THE Q’s stays the same:
relaxed public gaming, decent communication, useful teammates and no unnecessary clan drama.

We are mainly focused on Counter-Strike 2, but the group is open for people who enjoy good multiplayer rounds in general.

New members are welcome.
