TF2 Item Raffling Group is officially open!

Welcome to our brand new TF2 Item Raffling Group! Here you'll have plenty of chances to earn your favorite TF2 items, ranging from keys to Stranges to hats and eventually to Unusuals! Now, there are a few things you should know before you enter your first raffle.

First off, our raffles require small entrance fees, depending on the prize. If you want to win something, make sure you at least have some metals ready!

To enter a raffle, first check out its details. Make sure you have whatever the entrance fee is, and once you do, contact a group administrator and they'll accept your entrance fee and enter you into the raffle! You are allowed to enter a raffle up to five times, so while it costs more, you have more of a chance of winning!

We keep logs of who enters which raffle and how many times they enter. We then assign these people a number, and when the time comes, we feed this information into a random number generator to find our winner! It's quite simple, really. Here's an example: If Jack entered a raffle once, he would be recorded in our logs and assigned the number 1. If Dylan entered 3 times, he would be recorded in our logs 3 times and assigned the numbers 2, 3 and 4. This information is entered into a random number generator to decide the winner. If the final result is 1, Jack wins. But if the final result is 2, 3 or 4, Dylan wins! See how the odds are in his favor?

Raffles are determined by the amount of participants and not by time. At least for now, that is. Right now we'll have a set amount of participants required to complete a raffle, but as we gain members we'll move on to timed raffles.

Now, you may understand how this works but you're probably still skeptical as to if we're legitimate or just trying to scam you and take your metals. Right now we're a new group, but as we go from raffle to raffle, we'll have winners comment on the group's comment page with good rep. That way, if you don't trust us, you can just look at the group comments and see who else has won in the past instead of getting scammed.

Our first raffle will be giving away 1 key! This may seem small, but the entrance price will be small as well. I'm going to post specifics and open this raffle once we have enough members to start. Until then, sit tight and get as much good karma as you can!
