I just came here because i saw a question that Elite and Dangerous asked in the The Guild 2 community, "I want to join a war but i don't know how", sometimes at the start of the game your town isn't upgraded enough to have an armoury, wich is necessary to join a war/buy war gear. just wait until the town expand or do it yourself by becoming mayor/governor/king/ect. This question is about 6 years old, and i doupt you'll ever see this, but just in case it might help you, here you go!
