Team LZ was founded in 2007 as a competitive Counter Strike team, consisting of the best players from Malaysia and Singapore. The team, headed by Lincoln, Desmond and Sean took the local Counter Strike scene by storm as they became champions in the Asian Cyber Games, which featured some of the best teams in South East Asia.

Since its formation, Team LZ have won almost every single local tournament as well as having the opportunity to represent Malaysia in the 2008 World Cyber Games World Final in Cologne, Germany. The following year, Team LZ once more had the great honour of representing their country at Dreamhack; The worlds largest LAN festival held in Sweden.

Today, Team LZ is undoubtedly the number #1 eSports team in Malaysia. Through the teams excellence over the years, Team LZ has had the opportunity to expand into various games such as Sudden Attack and DotA.
