Still casting dreams

hi everyone I doubt anyone will see this especially becuase it looks like no one has posted in 2ish years but i have been playing pso offline on the gc on and off for the last 13 or so years and read about private servers still being up but while i have finally connected to the internet thru my gc im still unclear with how to register my gc and just wanted to ask someone some general questions.
