libGLU.so.1 missing
Hi,

I've compiled a Unity3D project for linux and am trying to run it on SteamOS from the Desktop Client, but I get the following error.

"error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I believe that libGLU.so.1 belongs to the package libglu1-mesa, which appears to be installed already, but the library my Unity app is looking for isn't available.

Any thoughts, or help on how I should be building applications for SteamOS? Or should I try to get this shared library from another repository?

Thanks!

Nevermind i figured it out. The x64 version of the executable works.

How did you get it to work (was it just by switching to 64 bit)?
Did you ever get the 32 bit version working?

Yeah Dan, I just switched to building the 64bit version. I wasn't able to get 32bit functioning.
