If you want a strictly similar "Straight to Steam Big Picture" experience as it was with SteamOS. You could either check out the ChimeraOS or the reverse-engineered SteamOS 3, HoloISO.
As you know NobaraOS, you could also setup Nobara to boot Steam Big Picture while still being able to go to the desktop if necessary.
https://nobaraproject.org/docs/steamdeck-edition/add-steam-deck-mode-to-existing-nobara-installation/
We don´t need Big Picture, but i really like the screenshots of ChimeraOS .
Installing a "classic" linux distribution is also a good choice as Shugo suggested. Specifically, an Ubuntu based one (I think, including Linux Mint, but also Linux Lite) as it is officially the only supported one by Valve (even if the current v3 version of the SteamOS is on Arch Linux). Proprietary drivers should also be better supported on it. (I really doesn't suggest you to install the proprietary AMD drivers however, as it worsen performance and compatibility for quite a lot of things, gaming and profesionnal stuff too despite it)
Nobara with KDE can´t open Steam, it have a crash loop.
Nobara with Gnome works, but games shutters, with my 1070gtx it works fine but the card is weak.
I read something like i need a new Firmware for the Sapphire 7900 xt Nitro+, i will try contact Sapphire Support...
But RGB works flawless with Nobara and OpenRGB
Kinda like how the STEAM Link was able to do it with the Log-In Screen?
("I SEEM TO HAVE ANSWERED MY OWN QUESTION")
("You Had Issues")
To make it feel more like a Console? Differently from that of PC?
aRGB Lighting on Motherboard? Isn't this done from your UEFI Bios?
I don't know what Steelseries Keyboard & Mouse is? If it's got the
same aRGB Lighting? That might be a Driver & Software Install &
possibly yes or no on Linux for this Ability. & lastly, as for GPU Drivers
I do not know about GPU, because last time I had major issues with
my GPU on Linux like 3 or 4 Years ago.
