I too have an APU; the A6 6400k, let me tell you, get a dedicated GPU, (I run A6-6400k with Gigabyte R9 270) Games run MUCH smoother with dedicated gpu, and you will have all your ram available to you (With igpu I had 7.4 gb, with dedicatede gpu 8.1gb available), also, get a new HDD.
