It doesn't matter what the gpu is, the overclocking is always the same.

Download MSI Afterburner
Increase clockspeeds and fan speed as needed.
Save profile
Apply

As for how much?
Pascal pretty much maxes out at 2150- 2250Mhz on core
1060/1070 maxes out at 9000-9500 Mhz memory
1080 maxes out at 11500-12000Mhz memory

but what do i do onthe other stuff like power and temp limit?

You only need to change those if it seems like the gpu can't use enough power. (GPU1 power % shows 100% all the time)
On Pascal it means that you pretty much never need to touch them.
