If so, tell me the exact thing you put in that didn't work.
My inventory has been always at public, I've double checked it since the recent privacy update by Valve.
The exact thing is, at the very day and a day before I posted this discussion, Item Value Sorter only returned "No Steam items found." along with other typical errors like "Steam is busy." or "Steam is not responding."
Then I posted it here because I've never seen "No Steam items found." error before, and it had lasted for two days. Maybe it was just some coincidence with the privacy update or my misunderstanding.
Now IVS is working fine, but I chose .PS1d3R's comment as an answer, because I found using ID64 (http://steam.tools/itemvalue/#/76561197999945341-753) instead of custom URL (http://steam.tools/itemvalue/#/jongizombie-753) seems a bit "stabler" on getting the result.
