Speedrunning matchmaking to farm elo

Before joining games make sure you have p-rec/outdated huds/anything else that doesn't work with matchmaking disabled.

We're fairly sure that you get matched against teams with the same elo as the lowest ranking member of your party, but you gain the same elo regardless. So for best results, take a low rank with you.
