How to join a private match?
Well its very simple, in call of duty or CSS or GO, any member can host a public match for any other member, or the public! But to be promoted, and be able to join private moderator/admin matches, you must follow the rules and these instructions!

Above average at counter strike! (GO or Source)
have at least 10 CS acheivments! ( have none on GO because I havnt played it yet! lol)
Strike fear into other players EYES! (have the bodybagger acheivment)
