The group is officially 6 years old! I'm a day late to this but wanted to post anyway to ask:

I know we had a lot of kids in the group back in the day, how many of you were kids that joined this group 5-6 years ago that are young adults or in their late teens now? Is this group nostalgic for any of you?

Either way, happy anniversary to anyone seeing this. Especially the people that forgot they were in here and are clicking leave group cause they're annoyed by the announcement.

So the group is officially 4 years old now! I know we've been pretty inactive for awhile now but it's nice to be able to look back at all the fun times we've had in the past. Thanks for making the times we had special everyone.

Hey guys, I know it's been awhile since there's been much activity on this group, and I'd like to fix that if I can. Though I don't plan to have events as often as we did in the past, I'd still like to have an event every 1-2 weeks just for fun. Please feel free to leave a comment if you're interested in coming to any future events so I can better estimate what they'll look like.

Now I do feel like I owe an explanation for why this group died, so keep reading if you want to know. Basically, I ran this group for the most part by myself. Despite our many moderators the weight of the group was pretty much on me, and after over a year or so I was a bit tired of it. There was also a large demand for us to get a server amongst the community, but when I started taking steps to opening one there was no support for it. Since the community didn't really care then it just wasn't really worth it to me anymore.

Sadly Shpees are We Gaming was a flop since I quit shortly after it's launch, and I don't intend to bring it back at all. We might still have fistful of frags events here if people want, but no garry's mod or any other games besides tf2 or FoF. (Edit: I also have no plans to bring back raffles, at least for the time being.) That's pretty much everything I had to say so once again please leave a comment if you want events to return and as always keep on shpeeeing on

Our friends over at NecGaming are now partnered with us! They're letting us use their server for some of our events from now on, so be sure to check out their group and server. Their server is based in Europe and is Versus Saxton Hale, so we won't be doing all of our events over there, but we'll still be using it fairly often and feel free to connect to their server any time without our events. And yes, our staff will have moderation power there, so we will be able to kick people who interfere with events.
