The Left 4 Dead campains are now available in VPK format. You can download the UP TO DATE VERSIONS here:

The intructions are posted on the website. The main thing you must do to get these to work is download the Left 4 Dead 2 addon support in the tools tab of steam. If you have any questions, go ahead and message me. In the future, I plan on posting information on other good custom campains so that we can all play them.
