I've added a link above that gives alllll information needed on how to record, encode and upload demos/videos (in any source game).

I may at some point stick a repository online somewhere that we can upload the best demo compilations to, but that depends on how much effort it'll take me.

One important note: You will only need to enter the record command every time you change servers. It will automatically start a new demo for every scene/level change, but will stop when you get disconnected from the server!
