What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response! Asmr is this tingly feeling you get usually in the back of your head, neck, spine but it could be anywhere like a relaxing tingly chill. ASMR videos are known to help those with insomnia, anxiety, stress, its not a cure but it does help those feel much more relaxed and find some relief in the chaotic world. That's why I love watching ASMR videos because i used to have sleeping issues, and i just on a daily i am a nervous person so finding a video that helps me calm down is what helps me get through the day.
anyways, I love ASMR so much that i decided to start my own channel a little over a year ago. it brings me some much joy seeing the positive responses i get in comments and i have met SOO many amazing people along the way, so i am so glad i join this world of youtube and found the ASMR community.
My ASMR videos are a mix of relaxing videos, asmr roleplays, and asmr videos with a little humor and overall i just want to spread as many positive vibes as i can!!
