Rival is a Steam Community Group that is for moderately serious (and everything more) gamers. It was created with a hope that it could bring gamers together, for an increased enjoyment factor in gaming. We play many games, from many genres.

It is encouraged (but not enforced) to place [:R:] before your in-game name (ign), to allow other players to see you are in this clan. This way other members can easily join your games and work co-operatively (if at all possible).

Any bullying of other clan members (or anyone extensively) will result in a ban for a period of time. So basically, be nice, generous and overall helpful to your fellow gamers.

Rival was a spontaneous name that seemed to click (mainly because other disagreed with it :D). It means many things - Rivalry (obviously), friendship (yes, I'm serious), competitive gaming and many more.

We, the members, hope that your position in Rival (for however long) is fun, worthwhile and has been of use to you.
