NIcky Grist Pacenote mod help?

I found the link on the official RSRBR website at rallyesim.com and it doesn't seem to work. NO other instructions besides downloading the .dat file but there is nothing but numbers on the page.
Any help or alternative to finding this mod would be greatly appreciated!

Those use the pacenote manager. Don't bother with those, they're difficult and worse than others anyway. Instead, I'd recommend using the notes made by the user Porridge:

Helped alot! Now i can get consistent notes from Dirt Rally to RBR!
