As of June 14th, 2015, there will be a change in the RGA, Inc. Terms and Conditions. Please take the time to read through it. It may mean the difference between your continued membership and exile.

- Article I -

The Retro Gamers Association, Incorporated is an open-source group of retro curators and collectors all across the globe. Entry into the RGA, Inc. is obtained through three methods -

-= Invitation by an Administrator or Moderator
-= Messaging the owner or administrator
-= Member vouches, suggestions, etc.

THERE ARE NO OTHER FORMS OF ENTRY INTO THE RETRO GAMERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED. DO NOT TRUST AN UNAUTHORIZED SOURCE.

I! - This portion of the TaC is known to change every so often. If there is an announcement regarding a change to the TaC, please be sure to read through this section.

- Article I, Section II -

In conjunction with the Code of Conduct, this group will not allow false-invitations such as, but not limited to, blackmailed invitations, or bribes into the group. If you are presented with some form of false-invitation, PLEASE bring it to a group Admin or the Owner.

If a member of the RGA, Inc., is found taking part in any of these actions, they will be removed immediately with a no repeal system, whatsoever.

I - Please remember, THERE IS NO REPEAL. If you take part in a false-invitation, you will NOT be allowed back into the group, whatsoever, no exceptions.

- Article II -

In conjunction with our Code of Conduct,

The Retro Gamers Association, Incorporated, allows for safe, and SFW content for people above the age of 13. Members under the age of the 13 are urged to have parental authorization before joining. There is content that may or may not be age appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, cursing, yelling, light trash talking, etc.

Please take this into consideration BEFORE joining.

- Article II, Section II -

In conjunction with our Code of Conduct,

The Retro Gamers Association, Incorporated, DOES NOT allow for any form of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content to be displayed on its page. This includes, but is not limited to - nudity, pornography, tumblr pages (of any NSFW kind), inappropriate images, or otherwise uncanny/uncalled for imagery or information/data.

If you are to post or transmit ANY form of NSFW content, you will be PERMANENTLY removed from the group with no repeal system whatsoever. No warnings, no trials.

Change: If you are falsely accused of posting or transmitting ANY form of NSFW content, you will be given a temporary ban with a maximum of 10 days. (Effective June 14th, 2015)

- Article II, Section III -

In conjunction with our Code of Conduct

The Retro Gamers Association, Incorporated, DOES NOT allow for ANY form of cyber-bullying within its group, whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to - heavy trashtalking, intense cursing, direct insults, uncalled for or otherwise unnecessary insults, threats, etc.

If you are caught cyber-bullying ANY member of the RGA, Inc., community, you will be given a permenant ban, with a tri-repeal system.

This is a rule you DO NOT want to break. It not only will have you removed from the group, but can also get you in LEGAL trouble. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER.
