As you may know last update for PS4 bought new function called "remote play" which makes available streaming games on PC. Practically you can play on console being thousand miles away. It of course means you can play someones PS4 even if u don't have your own. There is only one condition - good and continuous internet connection. The goal of this group is to gather people who have PS4, and those who would like to play games they can't get on PC.
