New Dirty Bomb update

Dirty bomb released a 300 MB update today.

Changes :

1. Server lag fixed. you can join servers without issue like normal
2. Execution is back in community servers. but has high ping. in my case 400+ ping
3. Some performance improvement

Issues noted :

Nvidia overlay not working
