Ranks on CS:GO or skill are not contributing to the fact you'll be put into a team but merely how well you can work with other teammates. In the perfect situation this would mean good chemistry and co-operation. As well as communication.

Everyone may invite new people, the only rules and requirements are that people can speak english and understand it, a microphone or headset and that they will respect other people in the group and teamspeak.
