We raffle things!

Hopefully, we can get some members!
We raffle everything (mostly items, not metal/keys/buds)!
The basic format is:
15 slots in a raffle, numbered from 1 to 15, choose when you buy your slot!
Cost is 1 rec to buy a slot, 1 ref for 4! Will be more expensive with more valuable items.
We will use random.org to generate the winning number!
