For all people who want to prone!

This group has been created for a request to get prone function in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (PC).

Diese Gruppe wurde gegründet, um DICE zu bitten, sich in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 hinlegen zu können. Natürlich ohne die alt bekannten Bugs wie Dolphin Diving etc., aber bei einem BF ohne hinlegen fehlt einfach etwas und die neuen Deckungsmöglichkeiten die durch Destruction 2.0 hinzukommen, wie Explosionskrater etc. sollten ja auch benutzt werden können. Alle Leute die der gleichen Meinung sind, werden herzlich dazu eingeladen diese Gruppe zu unterstützen.

It seems like there is no comm rose and firemodes too?! Damn, i think about to reject my preorder and buy operation flashpoint instead. I apprehend that this game get casual like MW2. The beta is really "untactical" and pray 'n' spray already :/

Apart for prone, they dont even have steady aim like MW2. Would be good for Recons and maybe for the other class to, since when you go into iron sight shoot the aim is worst on the PC than on the console. But the game is still nice and you can play Recon CS style(close/mid range fast scope aim shot)...but not many can do that.

Well as you may or may not know Battlefield Bad Game 2 has just gone gold. If you have played within the last 2 days you played on the new patch which didn't fix next to nothing with the problems we've had in the beta, with that said the copy you buy if you do decide to buy it will be just as bad as your playing right now. As far as the statement that people don't go prone is just stupid. If you don't have proper cover beside your suit you're just making yourself a larger target and your shots take longer to aim because the only support for your rifle is your arms. Where as if the weapon was rested on the ground or a more stable surface aiming is a hell of alot easier. I think the guys at DICE need a to go to school and take "Why you go Prone 101".

So.. that same soldiers keep their heads over the rocks while in cover just because the rocks aren't big enough to cover them, and they do not lie down.. MAKE A PRONE AVAILABLE AND JUST DISABLE THE freakin SHOOTING WHILE IN PRONE...

Game Star: Be able to lie down, the players in the hardcore mode? Some players have complained that the game is not possible.

Patrick Bach: Yes. We know that some players would think that a big problem. Our decision, however, is based on realism. Former soldiers have told us that they do not lie down. Only snipers lie down and then spend a week on a hill. And thus would not make our game more fun.
