Personality issues (noun, informal): Problems or difficulties related to a person’s characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, especially when those patterns negatively affect relationships, work, or daily functioning.

Personality issue. A broad, non-clinical term used to describe recurring patterns of thoughts, emotions, attitudes, or behaviors that may negatively affect a person’s relationships, communication, decision-making, or ability to function in everyday life.
