This is the main server where you can "play tf2" with your """friends""". It comes with:
>weapon "balancing", as in every weapon is changed to what was their strongest state
>FREE SPEECH, but not free from becoming a lolcow
>late/early map rotations, that contains over 1000 maps
>a mandatory 4000+ saysounds that you TOTALLY NEED.
>bhop, which activates at midnight EST.
>rtd, which includes some custom ones
>daytrading
>social credit score manipulation
>gambling but there's no prize, except bragging about your "digits"
>kicking people from the server because its really funny
>having an admin turn on sv_cheats and watching the server implode
>the ability to order some gamer grub with the !pizza command

This server is where you can actually play tf2. because it (mostly) doesn't have the stuff described in the main server, and the maps are usually meant to facilitate tf2 gameplay.
