2. You must always be on the same team as the majority of Panners.
3. You must own a NON-F2P/NON-ACHIEVEMENT HAT
4. You must own a NON-F2P MISC ITEM/NON-ACHIEVEMENT MISC ITEM (THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE IS THE OPERATION STEEL TRAP BADGE)

All recruitment is followed by the Pan Creed.
